Parsley Liquor
- 25gms of butter
- 25gms plain flour
- 300mls (10floz) of water
- 4 tbsp of chopped parsley
- 1 tsp of Malt vinegar.
- melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and cook long enough to cook the flour through but not to darken too much. Usually about a minute is enough.
- Gradually add the water and keep stirring to avoid lumps, bring the whole lot to the boil. Keep stirring and add the parsley and vinegar. Season well.
