Basil Pesto

2 cloves of garlic
2 large cups of fresh basil leaves
60g pinenuts
60g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
150 ml olive oil
salt

Blitz the garlic, pinenuts and basil together and make into a paste consistency, with a few drops of the oil to make it work.  Add the Parmesan, keep blitzing slowly adding the oil,  season.
