Garlic Bread – The Quick Way

Here is a quick and simple garlic bread.

Take crusty bread or some rolls (as many as you think will be eaten) and tear them into large bite sized chunks. Toast on all sides.

Melt sufficient butter into a sauce pan and add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Allow the butter to foam but not burn. Stir in the bread so it soaks up all the juices of the butter.

Serve immediately.
